Arizona man killed in diving accident

The Bullhead City, Ariz., man, whose name was not released, and a friend were diving in the southwest corner of Davis Dam in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area when the friend saw that the victim was turning blue.
The friend brought the man to the surface and called for help.
A nearby boater pulled them from the water and began CPR as his friend steered the boat to Katherine Landing to notify the National Park Service just after 10:30 a.m.
The man was pronounced dead by emergency personnel.
The National Park Service is investigating the accident.
