StumbleJury recommends life term for airman

Last month, the jury found Brandon Parish, 20, guilty of murder and child abuse in the April 18, 1997, death of his former girlfriend's daughter, Samantha Storm.
The girl's mother, Dawn Mathiesen, 20, was acquitted of second-degree murder, but found guilty of child abuse. Prosecutors alleged Mathiesen ignored police warnings to keep the girl away from Parish.
The girl died of massive head injuries.
Mathiesen will be sentenced in July.
