Nevada Highway Patrol spokesman Scott Flabi said a 1991 Oldsmobile crossed over the center line on Highway 95 Thursday and collided with a pickup truck being driven by William Watterson, 36, of Winnemucca.
Watterson was dead at the scene.
Killed in the Oldsmobile were Cisneros, 22, and a passenger, Alecia Niva, 20, of Beatty.
Flabi said neither was wearing a seat belt.
