Team of bandits who slashed tires of bank victims arrested

Police said the bandits targeted victims who left banks with large amounts of cash. They would slash the tires of the intended victims, then follow them until they were forced to stop because of flat tires.
The bandits would then offer to fix the tires, police said, then grab the money when the victims were distracted.
Four men were booked Thursday into the Clark County Detention Center on burglary charges. Police said they were in possession of passports and fake identification from Spain, but that their real names had yet to be determined.
The men were arrested in a bank parking lot where they were seen by a surveillance team removing a license plate from a rental car.
