IHL has new president/CEO

Douglas G. Moss has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of the International Hockey League, the league's board of governors announced Monday. He replaces Robert P. Ufer, who resigned as commissioner June 26. Moss was president and CEO of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres from 1994-96 and spent eight years with Madison Square Garden Network as vice president of sales.
