Local immigration service sued

Amigo Services is the subject of the lawsuit, brought by the American Immigration Lawyers Association and others.
The lawsuit also claims Amigo illegally engaged in a fee splitting arrangement with an attorney.
Amigo Services owner Malena Burnett said her business simply offers help in filling out forms, which doesn't require a law degree.
She said the company has been in business for nearly seven years, with offices in Southern and Northern Nevada, and enjoys an "unprecedented success rate."
Burnett has denied the fee sharing arrangement, saying Amigo's services are as good or better than those provided by an attorney, and substantially cheaper.
