A lawsuit filed in District Court here Wednesday alleges that Tyson owes The Jewelers of Las Vegas the six-figure sum for purchases he has made since 1996.
Sig Rogich, a spokesman who has represented the fighter, was out of the city and not immediately available for comment.
Tyson was in the news earlier this month when he announced he was taking over his own affairs and dropping his longtime promoter Don King.
King disputed the idea of any split, saying the flap with Tyson was "a minor domestic family dispute."
