Arnold E. Anderson, 76, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 1, 1921, in Clarendon, Texas. A resident for 20 years, he was a porter at Silver City casino, a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Culinary Union.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie L.; one daughter, Norma Jean Palmer of Las Vegas; two sons, Ivan Lee Anderson of Las Vegas and James Matthew Anderson of Henderson; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
ELROY AROKIUM
Elroy Arokium, 44, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 13, 1953, in Guyana. A resident for three years, he was a hotel security officer for the Tropicana hotel-casino.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. A private burial will follow.
Donations are suggested to the Elroy Arokium Memorial Fund, c/o the Tropicana.
CHARLES ADAM DITZLER
Charles Adam Ditzler, 58, of Henderson died Feb. 6 in Las Vegas. He was born May 2, 1939, in the United Kingdom. A longtime resident, he was a janitor and a Marine Corps veteran.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
NOBLE FLOYD FINE
Noble Floyd Fine, 78, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born July 11, 1919, in Colorado. A resident for four years, he was a supervisor for the 7-Up Bottling Co., an Army veteran and a member of the San Diego Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; and one son, Dale Fine.
Neptune Society of Nevada, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements. No services are planned.
MABLE P. 'POLLY' FRAIN
Mable P. "Polly" Frain, 68, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. A homemaker, she was born Nov. 17, 1929, in Perris, Ark.
She is survived by her husband, Norman; one son, Michael of Kingman, Ariz.; two sisters, Lee and Mary, and one brother, Charles, all of Stockton, Calif.; one grandson and one great-granddaughter.
Private graveside services will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Selma Gorbis, 71, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 13, 1926, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for nine years, she was a retired bank customer service representative.
She is survived by her husband, Morris; one daughter, Sheila Ewing of Port Isabel, Texas; one son, Howard Gorbis of Westlake Village, Calif.; and one grandchild.

HAZEL GORDON
Hazel Gordon, 92, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 8, 1905, in Sedalia, Mo. A resident for 59 years, she was a homemaker, former co-owner of Dots Flower Shop, past president of the Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital Auxiliary in 1985, 1985 Merit Mother of the Year, original member of the Camellia Unit of the Garden Club, founding member and 1973 president of St. Jude's Ranch for Children, member of the Mesquite Club, Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile and American Cancer Society.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Gordon of San Clemente, Calif., and Roger Gordon of Las Vegas; one sister, Lela Caldwell of Kansas City, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

George Louis Hansmann, 78, of Boulder City died Sunday in Boulder City. He was born Feb. 21, 1920, in Winona, Wis. A resident for 53 years, he was a jeweler and an Army veteran.
He is survived by one brother, Clifford Hansmann of Aberdeen, Wash.; and one sister, Mary Soper of Walla Walla, Wash.

RICHARD M. KEEP
Richard M. Keep, 41, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. He was born April 21, 1956, in Van Nuys, Calif. A resident for 34 years, he was a 22-year grocery store manager at Albertsons, a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and involved with the Boy Scouts of America for 19 years.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Crossley Keep; two sons, Richard Keep and Jason Keep, and two daughters, Kayla Keep and Keri Keep, all of Henderson; his mother and stepfather, Sylvia and David Park of Ojai, Calif.; his father and stepmother, Richard and Marlene Keep of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Kim Keep of Las Vegas and Tina McComas of Ojai.
Visitation is scheduled 7-9 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Additional visitation is scheduled 90 minutes prior to an 11 a.m. service Wednesday in the Sunset Ward, Topaz Building of the LDS Church. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Robert Nathaniel Kidd, 58, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 22, 1939, in Gainesville, Ga. A resident for eight years, he was an auditor.
He is survived by his wife, Annette; one daughter, Debra Wardlaw of Georgia; and two sons, Kenneth Kidd of Missouri and Wayne Kidd of Kansas.

Russell Kilcollins, 76, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born July 21, 1921, in Canada. A resident for 20 years, he was a World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by one son, Paul B. Albiston, and one daughter, Sonia Albiston, both of Las Vegas; three sisters, Florence and Elva, both of Minnesota, and Eva of Palm Springs, Calif.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Margaret E. Klopp, 75, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born June 3, 1922, in Ohio. A resident for 3 1/2 years, she was an Army supervisor, retired from the Women's Army Corps and a member of the American Legion.

Helga Hedwig Lawrence, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 14, 1929, in Germany. A resident for five years, she was a preschool caregiver at a day care center.
She is survived by her husband, James; two sons, David Martineau of Marina, Calif., and Michael Martineau of Grass Valley, Calif.; three daughters, Carol Coyle and Debbie Bond, both of Las Vegas, and Karin Goodall of New London, Minn.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Steve O'Hara, 81, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born July 30, 1916, in Indiana, Pa. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired supervisor for a rubber manufacturer and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; three daughters, Stephanie Finkelstein of Las Vegas, Jeannie O'Hara of La Crescenta, Calif., and Robin O'Hara of New York City; and one grandchild.
Visitation will continue until a 6 p.m. service today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Addition services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Gabriel Byzantine Catholic Church. Graveside services will be 8:30 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

John I. Pilipovich Sr., 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 1, 1923, in Farrell, Pa. A resident for 16 years, he was a retired general supervisor for Midland Ross Corp. and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; one son, John I. Pilipovich of Sharon, Pa.; one daughter, Cheryl Jackson of Las Vegas; three sisters, Vera Reader of Dover, Del., Elizabeth Vuckovich of Las Vegas and Norma Husnick of Brookfield, Ohio; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled one hour prior to 2 p.m. services today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Francine Schindler, 72, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born March 3, 1925, in New York City. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Sun City Pan and Poker Club.
She is survived by her husband, David; one son, Jeffrey Schindler, and one daughter, Mary Schindler, both of San Francisco; one sister, Sandra Rawlins of Encino, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were scheduled at 8:30 a.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. A memorial service was scheduled at noon today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Mary F. Grows Sheahan, 76, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 14, 1921, in Brockton, Mass. A resident for 52 years, she was a retired registered nurse for the federal government, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of American Legion Post 31 in Boulder City and a graduate of Carney Hospital in Boston.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel R.; one daughter, Barbara Manning, and two sons, Daniel Sheahan Jr. and Benjamin Sheahan, all of Henderson; her mother, Lillian C. Grows of Boulder City; one brother, Walter H. Grows III of Folsom, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Annie; two daughters, Bea Goodwin of Boulder City and Lanie Shaffer of Lemoyne, Pa.; one brother, Bill Twigg of Enola, Pa.; three sisters, Pat Gates Boyer and Marion Kinsey, both of Harrisburg, Pa., and Elsie Klamer of Newcastle, Pa.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
