Monica Lewinsky won't tell Starr the lie he wants to hear from her, so he's tormenting her mother and her brother. Susan McDougal rots in jail, refusing to lie, while Starr denies her medical treatment for a breast tumor.
The cold war is over, but the Communists have won. We have become them.
