Gymnastics meets at Cashman

Las Vegas gymnasts Jacqueline Coatsworth, Erica Ficarrotta and Carrie Knepp will be among the 102 Southern Nevada competitors joining a record field of 2,930 entries in the Go For It Classic, which begins tonight and runs through Sunday at the Cashman Field Center.
Gymnasts from 40 states and Canada will compete in Men's Artistic, Women's Artistic, Rhythmic, Sports Acro, Power Tumbling and Trampoline during the four-day festival which starts Thursday with Women's Artistic compulsory events from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The classic features 444 teams representing 274 gymnastic clubs. Action runs from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets for each individual session will be available at the door. Adult general admission will be $10 per session, $5 for students. A special preferred session ticket will be offered for $15.
