"This sale will now permit us to receive funds from the Copa without expending management efforts and will allow us to focus all of our attention and efforts toward the Sands Regency in Reno and other future opportunities that will benefit the company and our shareholders," said Ferenc Szony, chief executive.
The Sands Regency is a 1,000-room hotel-casino.
