Brief: New book studies federal gaming law

The book examines the federal government's positions on gaming taxation and other issues such as Indian, cruise ship and lottery gambling; horse and sports betting and illegal activities.
It includes articles by James Frey, dean of the College of Liberal Arts at UNLV; Kevin Doty, a colleague of Cabot's at the law firm Lionel, Sawyer & Collins, and other lawyers from around the country.
