Shares of Park Place, the gaming spinoff, were quoted at $7.25, while Hilton Hotels, the lodging business, were at $12 in late-morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
Shares of the parent company, Hilton Hotels Corp., were trading at $19.1875.
