River Run Land LP wants to build a 300-room hotel-casino and 150,000 square-foot shopping center and movie theatre complex south of the intersection of Big Bend and Casino drives in Laughlin. The resort would be located between Casino Drive and the Colorado River.
The hotel would be designed as a Spanish Mission building on the ground level and in an art decco style on the second and third levels.
Laughlin is a gambling town on the Colorado River south of Las Vegas.
