Yet, most lack the backbone to quit!
My solution is to cater to those addicts with a sort of Las Vegas-style buffet and replace the good food and desserts with all sorts of confiscated drugs. No limit. The only requirement is clean needles for second helpings. Sorry, no doggie bags!
However, to show my concern for humanity I suggest counselors on the premises for those who want to go cold turkey, and let's not forget to have a coroner present for those who dare to overindulge.
