Morgan will continue as dean of the law school. He succeeds business Dean Richard Lashbrooke, who announced his resignation this month. Lashbrooke is departing for a post in the dean's office at Michigan State University.
School officials said Morgan will oversee the College of Business as part of a team effort with Associate Dean Nasser Daneshvary.
