Zurich American claims it is owed $25,472 for services rendered to Alystra. The suit does not say what kind of services were rendered and attempts to contact Zurich American's attorney for comment failed.
The phone number for the Alystra, 333 W. Sunset Rd., Henderson, was not in service Wednesday. Last May, the 10,000-square-foot casino announced it would expand to 47,000 square feet by this fall, but that has yet to happen.
In October, Alystra general manager Phil Rossi said the casino was opening one day a month to keep its gaming license intact.
John Connors is the brother of tennis great Jimmy Connors.
