At the company's annual meeting, shareholders approved a change to All-American SportPark Inc. The company's new Nasdaq listing will become AASP when the issue begins trading on Monday. Ron Boreta remains as the company's chief executive.
Company officials said the change more accurately reflects their line of business activity.
The theme park, which opened in October south of the Las Vegas Strip at Sunset Road, has four attractions, including pitching machines licensed by Major League Baseball and a race track licensed by NASCAR.
