Charles C. Allen, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born April 21, 1923, in Hope, Ark. A resident for eight years, he retired as a liquor store owner after 22 years.
He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn; one son, Dereck C. Allen of San Francisco; one daughter, Donna Young of New York City; one brother, James Rogers of Pasadena, Calif.; one sister, Elizabeth Roberts of St. Louis; and one grandchild.
Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Helen Chiodini
Helen Chiodini, 83, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 3, 1915, in Union City, Conn. A resident for 10 years, she was a retired clerk for a publishing company.
She is survived by one daughter, Judy Gentilcore of Aurora, Colo.; three sons, Ronald V. Chiodini, Anthony J. Chiodini and Dennis G. Chiodinni, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Joseph Bugay of Detroit; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Marshall Wayne Davis
Marshall Wayne Davis, 44, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Aug 23, 1954, in Gadsden, Ala. A resident for 12 years, he was a cable splicer for a communications company.
He is survived by one daughter, Mary Davis, and one son, Marshall Davis, both of Madera, Calif.
Visitation was scheduled 1-3 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., followed by graveside services in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Celia Fernandez
Celia Fernandez, 91, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a care center. She was born Sept. 4, 1907, in Spain. A resident for 18 years, he was a factory worker in the garment industry.
She is survived by two sons, John Fernandez of Las Vegas and Frank Fernandez of Naples, Fla.; one sister, Francisca Taibo-Garrido; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Charles L. Graham
Charles L. Graham, 74, of Las Vegas died Nov. 17 in a local care center. He was born Jan. 3, 1924, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 45 years, he was a mechanic for the city of Las Vegas and a decorated Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey J.; one daughter, Judith A. Wagner; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way.

Chung-Keung Ip
Chung-Keung Ip, 49, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born April 14, 1949, in Hong Kong. A resident for four years, he was a clerk.
He is survived by his wife, Stella C.; one child, Tracy T. Ip of Las Vegas; four brothers, Edward Ip of Canada, Wing-Keung Yip of Fresno, Calif., and Sai-Keung Yip and Chi-Keung Yip, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Siu-Ying Ko of Fresno.
Visitation was scheduled 1-4 p.m. with services at 4:30 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Steven A. Jepson
Steven A. Jepson, 57, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. He was born May 15, 1941, in Douglas, Wyo. A resident for five years, he was a heavy equipment operator and a Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Alana Jepson.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Mary; six daughters, Kairsten Jepson of Wheatland, Wyo., Brenda Kircher of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., Bridgette Hegge of Chandler, Ariz., Delisa Hodges of Salt Lake City, Sam Cacioppo of Phoenix and Jacque Cosentino of Rockledge, Fla.; his mother, Claire Jepson of Riverton, Wyo.; one sister, Ruth Wickstrom of Cheyenne, Wyo.; one brother, Dan Jepson of Newark, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

Mozell Kemp Jr.
Mozell Kemp Jr., 56, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 21, 1942, in Shreveport, La. A resident for 33 years, he was an executive in the gaming industry and a Vietnam War Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Kathrine Lian Kemp, and one son, Reginald Kemp, both of Las Vegas; his mother, Leedartha Kemp of Shreveport; four sisters, Milred J. Purvis and Debra Brewster, both of Las Vegas, Rosemary Smith of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Shelia Brewster of Los Angeles; seven brothers, Chaplin Herman Kemp of Colorado Springs, Thomas Kemp and Charles W. Kemp, both of Shreveport, Daniel Kemp and Cupid T. Dotson, both of Las Vegas, Allen Mozell Johnson of San Francisco and Kenneth Ray Kemp of North Las Vegas.
Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., followed by graveside services in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Josephine Lancaster
Josephine Lancaster, 85, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local health care center. She was born June 8, 1913, in Santa Maria, Calif. A resident for 40 years, she was a retired schoolteacher, a member of the Children's Services Guild of Las Vegas and the PEO Sisterhood.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia Lee Parks, and one son, Jon A. Lancaster, both of Las Vegas; and one brother, Noel S. Alton of Scottsdale, Ariz.
A memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Trinity United Methodist Church. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

M. Louise Lane
M. Louise Lane, 65, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born July 30, 1933, in Petit Jean, Ark. A resident for 20 years, she was a registered nurse.
She is survived by her husband, Bill C.; two sons, Bruce C. Lane of Las Vegas and Michael S. Lane of Pensacola, Fla.; two sisters, Lucille Cruz and Earlene Mooney, both of Madera, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

Betty Jane Levine-Garvin
Betty Jane Levine-Garvin of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born in New York City. A resident for 23 years, she was a gold and silversmith jeweler.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Garvin.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Monday in Green Valley Presbyterian Church, 1798 Wigwam Ave., Henderson.

Jack J. Miller
Jack J. Miller, 92, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local convalescent hospital. He was born Jan. 16, 1906, in Milltown, Wis. A resident for six years, he was a retired welder.
He is survived by three daughters, Carole Miller and Lily Miller, both of Las Vegas, and Noreen Simonich of Gardnerville, Calif.; one son, Richard Miller of Steward, Ill.; one sister, Ellen Clayton of San Diego; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Milomirka 'Millie' Matic, 57, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born May 1, 1941, in Raska, Yugoslavia. A resident for 14 years, she was a grocery meat wrapper.
She is survived by her husband, Milun; one daughter, Suzanne Stainbrook of Cleveland; two brothers, Thomas Stainbrook of Streetsboro, Ohio, and Tomislav of Raska; two sisters, Mika and Vlada, both of Raska; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Simeon Serbian Orthodox Church. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
David Pinhiero
David Pinhiero, 39, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born May 22, 1959, in California. A resident for two years, he was an automobile mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Lorie; two daughters, Crystal Pinhiero and Elizabeth Polantonio; four brothers, Bruce, Ronny, Anthony and Danny Pinhiero; and four sisters, Barbara Ely, Shirley Ralston, Stella Neal and Sheila Yeager.

John L. Pittman
John L. Pittman, 84, of Henderson died Thursday in Henderson. He was born Aug. 30, 1914, in Meyer's Falls, Wash. A resident for 42 years, he was a retired Marine Corps master sergeant and World War II and Korean War veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Laura M.; one son, Lewis W. Pittman of Fullerton, Calif.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Annette H. Ragsdale
Annette H. Ragsdale, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born March 22, 1926, in Staten Island, N.Y. A resident for 3 1/2 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, William; one son, Vincent Rossi of Boston; two daughters, Judie Edwards of Green Mountain Falls, Colo., and Karen Ragsdale of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.

George William Robinson
George William Robinson, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born April 18, 1929, in Jackson Barracks, Mo. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired commercial airline pilot and a Vietnam War Air Force and Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife; one daughter and son-in-law; one son; Buddy-in-law and Dinah; and one granddaughter.

Joseph Schore
Joseph Schore, 96, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 1, 1902, in Russia. A resident for seven years, he was a craftsman.
He is survived by one daughter, Brenda Schrager of Las Vegas; one son, Irving Schore of Yonkers, N.Y.; one brother, Al Schore of Davis, Calif.; one sister, Ida Kemler of Laguna Hills, Calif.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mother Rosie Lee Smith
Mother Rosie Lee Smith, 72, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 2, 1927, in Darnell, La. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired program organizer.
She is survived by her husband, the Rev. C.C. Smith; six daughters, Mary S. Wheaton, Patsy Cole, Rosie N. England, Carolyn Faye Smith, Zelda D. White and Michelle Smith, and five sons, Clarence Smith Jr., Willie Ray Smith, Charles Lemord Smith, Ronnie Wayne Smith and Edward McKinley Smith, all of Las Vegas; six sisters, Mary Bradford, Elsie Culverson and Ernestine Feazell, all of Las Vegas, Ruby Williams and Louise Williams, both of Los Angeles, and Leomi Chambers of Detroit; three brothers, Camano Patterson and Azriah Patterson, both of Las Vegas, and Samuel T. Patterson of Los Angeles; many other relatives and friends; 37 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today at Tried Stone Baptist Church, 621 W. Carey Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in True Love Missionary Baptist Church, 1941 N. Frank Touma
Frank Touma, 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. He was born July 5, 1916, in Massachusetts. A resident for 2 1/2 years, he was a self-employed taxicab driver.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah; one son, Bob Touma of Las Vegas; one daughter, Pat Nichols of Springboro, Ohio; two brothers, Joseph Touma of Quincy, Mass., and Albert Touma of North Hampton, Mass; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.

She is survived by her husband, Albert; one daughter, Camille Stark of Versailles, Ky.; one son, Albert Tessitore of Agoura, Calif.; one brother, Michael Tessalone of West Hills, Calif.; one sister, Marie De Saro of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Florence Delores Wilson, 44, of North Las Vegas died Nov. 27 in North Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 4, 1954, in Los Angeles. A resident for nine years, she was a bartender.
She is survived by her husband, William of Los Angeles; one daughter, Teonnie Haley, and her companion, Lee Jones, both of North Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.

Trinika Jeneen Wright-Hedrick
Trinika Jeneen Wright-Hedrick, 26, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 15, 1972, in Tulsa, Okla. A resident for 17 years, she was a finance department employee at Wal-Mart.
She is survived by one son, Louis Washington III, two daughters, Na'Geree Johnson and Bryanne Hedrick, her mother and stepfather, Doris and Nathan Collins, and her grandmother, Bobbie Jean Edd, and her great grandparents, James and Lucille Tyler, all of North Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane.
