Brief: Chinese bistro goes public

Phoenix-based P.F. Chang's and a selling shareholder sold 4.2 million shares at $12 each. That was towards the top of the $10.50-to-$12.50 range set by Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp., which led underwriters in the sale.
The company has a Las Vegas restaurant. It sold 700,000 more shares than originally expected.
