The price and who paid it are his secret.
"I didn't lose any money on it," Wynn said during Thursday's Nevada Gaming Commission meeting.
The first asking price was $25 million. The property was valued on the county tax rolls at $12 million and there were published reports the new owner paid $18 million to $19 million.
Wynn said he would complete his term on the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency that oversees development at the lake on the California-Nevada border. But he said he doesn't know if he will seek a third term in January. He missed the agency's last meeting.
Right now, he said, he's busy putting the finishing touches on the $1.6 billion Bellagio hotel-casino set to open Oct. 15 on the Las Vegas Strip.
