Letter: Veterans should not be charged for services

I'd venture to say he is probably not receiving a pension for this disability. If so, he is returning it, per each visit for his waning health.
What is wrong with our honorable congressional representatives who voted this abominable bill into law? I'm sure it was not a veteran that initiated this legislation -- nor were his sons involved in any of those famous wars.
Anyone seen any of the recent films on war, i.e., the "Battle of the Bulge"? The vets that did survive will never forget a moment that they endured as soldiers defending our stars and stripes. God bless each and every one of them.
