Maria Barrera, 80, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 18, 1918. A long-time resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Jose Barrera of North Las Vegas and Samuel Barrera of Las Vegas.
Burial will be in Phoenix. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
DAMON LUCIEN BELLANGER
Damon Lucien Bellanger, 37, of Las Vegas died July 28 in Hawaii. He was born March 25, 1961, in Las Vegas. A lifetime resident, he was a sales representative for Anderson Dairy and a graduate of Clark High School and UNLV.
He is survived by his parents, Harold and Janiece Bellanger of Las Vegas; three sisters, Karyn Finlayson and Sabrina Bellanger, both of Las Vegas, and Elizabeth Boldt of San Diego; one brother, Mark Bellanger of Las Vegas; his grandfather, Kenny Searles of Las Vegas; one niece; and one nephew.
Services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday at Woodlawn Cemetery.
The family suggests donations to Angel Tree Children's Fellowship, in care of Trinity United Methodist Church, 6151 W. Charleston Blvd.

Samuel Robert Berg, 78, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born March 20, 1920, in New York. A resident for 10 years, he was a flooring salesman and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his daughter, Doreen Naylor; one sister, Lillian Engler; and two grandchildren.

KATHY DUNCH CAIN
Kathy Dunch Cain, 43, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 15, 1954, in Cleveland. A resident for 34 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Charles W. Cain, Jr. of Las Vegas; two sons, Michael Whitworth of Bullhead City, Ariz., and Anthony Leavitt of Wasilla, Ark.; one daughter, Jennifer Leavitt-Mallory of Las Vegas; her father, William T. Dunch, Sr. of Las Vegas; two brothers, William T. Dunch, Jr. and James C. Dunch, both of San Francisco; one sister, Debbie Dunch of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. services today at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
MURPHY CANTER
Murphy Canter, 27, of Las Vegas died Saturday at a local hospital. He was born Sept. 6, 1970. A lifetime resident, he was disabled.
He is survived by his parents, Bonnie and David Canter of Las Vegas; one sister, Kaycee Canter of Austin, Texas; and his grandmother, Dorothy Inman of San Bernardino, Calif.
Services were Monday. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., handled arrangements.

Dorothy Casey, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 4, 1923, in Oklahoma City. A resident for three years, she was a retired answering service operator.
She is survived by one daughter, Sharon McAllister of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Diamondique Conway, 9, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born April 13, 1989, in Arizona.
She is survived by her father, William Conway of Las Vegas; and her grandmother, Laverne Flake of Arizona.

Jean Fifer, 90, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born Oct. 31, 1907, in Conway, Mo. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters; Roberta Peters and Jo Mueller, both of Las Vegas, and Pat Kieffer of Santa Cruz, Calif.; one brother, Leo Breese of Huntington Beach, Calif.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Harold "Hal' Foglesong, 67, of Boulder City died Wednesday in Lusk, Wyo. He was born Nov. 21, 1930, in Hitchcock, S.D. A resident for 12 years, he was a member of the American Legion and was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Glenola; three daughters, Brandi Foglesong and Joanna Foglesong, both of Boulder City, and Deborah Roggenthen of Tucson, Ariz; one son, Bruce Foglesong of Reno; his mother, Agnes Foglesong of Huron S.D.; two sisters, Virginia Gravett of Gilette, Wyo., and Marie Wolgamuth of West Burlington, Iowa; and six grandchildren.
Services will be 7 p.m. today at Faith Christian Church, 1100 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Euclides Guerrero, 61, of Las Vegas died Friday. He was born Feb. 1, 1937, in the Dominican Republic. A resident for one year, he was a parking supervisor.
He is survived by his mother, Luisa Guerrero of the Dominican Republic; two sons, Euclides Guerrero of Henderson and Oscar Guerrero of California; and two sisters, Patricia Simpson of New York and Olga Alavardo of the Dominican Republic.

Robert Guthrie, 68, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born April 18, 1930, in Ohio. A resident for nine years, he was an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marys; one son, David Guthrie of Ohio; one daughter, Karen Sue Guthrie of California; his mother, Helen Guthrie of Ohio; and six brothers, John Guthrie, Tom Guthrie, Gary Guthrie, Jim Guthrie, Gordon Guthrie and Edward Guthrie, all of Ohio.

Helen F. Hinson, 75, of Dallas died Friday in Dallas. She was born Sept. 16, 1922, in Sedalia, Mo. A former Las Vegas resident for 20 years, she worked in the gaming industry.
She is survived by one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

Natalie Joseph, 98, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 23, 1899, in New York City. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters; Shirley H. Vales, Marcia E. Ziegler and Roberta A. Kneitel, all of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Buddy Kaufman, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday. He was born Feb. 28, 1923, in New York. A resident for nine years, he was a retired vending machine service man and was a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Rita; two sons, Jon Kaufman and Dan Kaufman; two daughters, Jill Barroso and Ina Thompson; one sister, Lila Simons; and seven grandchildren.

Joe A. Mallia, 72, of Henderson died Thursday. He was born July 23, 1926, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for one year, he was a retired automotive consultant and World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marge Conley Mallia; his mother, Josephine Mallia, of Toronto; one sister, Sarah Kennedy of Toronto; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation is scheduled 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. services today at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

D. Ray Martinez, 61, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 10, 1936, in New Mexico. A resident for 37 years, he was a land surveyor and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Cecelia; one daughter, Debra Ann Martinez and one son, Mark Martinez, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Mira Martinez and Emma Ayan and two brothers, Johnny Martinez and Fred Sanchez, all of New Mexico; two half brothers, Ignacio Narvaez of New Mexico and Ben Narvaez of Colorado; and two half sisters, Lucia Montoya and Amelia Sanchez, both of New Mexico.
Graveside services will be Thursday at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Lorraine Mesco, 68, of Las Vegas died Friday. She was born March 13, 1930, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident of Las Vegas for seven months, she was in the advertising specialty business.
She is survived by her husband, Bernard; two sons, Craig B. Mesco and Michael Harrison Mesco; one daughter, Gail Wendy Mesco; and three grandchildren.

Erie L. Miller, 83, died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 8, 1914, in Shreveport, La. A resident for 55 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Dorothy Johnson of North Las Vegas; one son, Bobby Durr of Las Vegas; three sisters; Bertha Robinson of San Francisco, Inez Lewis of Shreveport and Maple Hall of Las Vegas; 12 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

Frederick Moystner, 61, of Las Vegas died July 24 in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 19, 1936, in Indiana. A resident for nine years, he was a computer engineer and was an Air Force and Army veteran.
He is survived by two daughters, Robbine D. Kramer of Aurora, Colo., and Amber Zerona Moystner of Clearwater, Fla.; one brother, Edward E. Moystner of Aurora; and one grandchild.

She is survived by one son, David Welles of Las Vegas; one sister, Elizabeth Martin of Redmond, Calif.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
