The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners has filed a restraining order against five people allegedly practicing medicine without a state medical license.
Subpoenas were filed last week against Rafael Mirchou, Francisco Peraza Gonzalez, Marisol Crespo Dominguez, Juan Saul Echevarria and Juan Francisco Barajas Mota.
All were practicing medicine at the St. Ana Medical Center, 865 N. Eastern Ave., Suite D.
District Judge Kathy Hardcastle signed an order restraining the five people from practicing medicine in Nevada.
A hearing on a permanent injunction is scheduled at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Department 4 of the Clark County District Court.
