She is survived by her husband, James; two sons, James Randal Warren of Cedar City and Brian Allan Warren of Spanish Fork, Utah; two daughters, Tiffanie Anne Warren and Kelley Sue Sackett, both of Cedar City; her parents, Arthur and Ila Gustin, and one brother, William Donald Gustin, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Kay Warren and Toni Berry, both of Las Vegas, and Betty Webster of Texas; and 15 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Southern Utah Mortuary, 190 North 300 West, Cedar City. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Thursday in Southern Utah Mortuary.
