The U.S. Postal Service is releasing a new 32-cent stamp on Thursday bearing a photo of the team, which is based at Nellis Air Force Base here. The stamp is in honor of the 50th anniversary of the U.S. Air Force.
Postal Service spokesman Tim Purcell said there have been many calls about the stamp, wanting to know when it would be available.
About 45 million of the stamps will be available nationwide.
Secretary of the Air Force Sheila Widnall says the stamps are a reminder to Americans that the Air Force is a national asset.
