DENNIS V. ALLEN
Dennis V. Allen, 41, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born July 22, 1956, in Boston. A 10-year resident, he was a musician and drummer and worked for Dionne Warwick for the past 10 years.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Trice-Allen; two sons, Devin Marcus Allen of Houston and Latheori Shaunza Trice of Henderson; his father, Charles Allen Sr. of Harwich Cape Cod, Mass.; two sisters, Laura Allen of Princeton, N.J., and Linda Allen of Harwich Cape Cod; and two brothers, Charles Allen Jr. and Mark Allen, both of Harwich Cape Cod.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
NINA CLARK
Nina Clark, 80, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospice. She was born April 12, 1917, in Battle Mountain. A 59-year resident, she was a retired employee in the women's apparel business.
She is survived by one son, Kelly M. Clark, and one sister, Geri Wagner, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Robert Goff of Bull Lake, Mont.; and two grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
EVERETT LEROY LAWSON
Everett LeRoy Lawson, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 15, 1918, in Spaulding, Ill. A 15-year resident, he was a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Martha; one son, Michael Lawson of Las Vegas; two sisters, Georgia Dowllar of Las Vegas and Florence Owens of Illinois; one brother, Walter Lawson of Florida; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Eden Vale Memorial Park. Bunker Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
CATHERINE MAXINE LOTT
Catherine Maxine Lott, 74, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 15, 1922, in Ohio. A four-year resident, she was a retired electrical engineer for a computer chip manufacturer.
She is survived by two daughters, Judith Craner of Las Vegas and Pamela Neal of Huntsville, Ohio; one son, Robert Lott of Cleveland; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, 3441 W. Sahara, Suite A-8, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
MABEL M. PRIBYL
Mabel M. Pribyl, 85, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. She was born Feb. 23, 1912, in Hafford, Saskatchewan. A 48-year resident, she was a homemaker and a member of St. Bridget's Catholic Church Altar Society.
She is survived by her husband, Vernon F.; one son, Edward V. Pribyl, and one daughter, Lorraine A. Anderson, both of Las Vegas; one niece, Mary Malachek of Maple Lake, Minn.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 6 p.m. services today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
NORBERT STASIAK
Norbert Stasiak, 64, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 24, 1933, in Chicago. A nine-year resident, he was a retired airline supervisor, an Army veteran and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by three aunts and one uncle.
Visitation is scheduled 3 p.m. until a 5 p.m. rosary Tuesday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
VELMA ZACHARY
Velma Zachary, 82, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 26, 1914, in Pike County, Ind. A 1 1/2-year resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Lane Zachary of Las Vegas, David Zachary of San Juan Capistrano, Calif., and Don Zachary of Spokane, Wash.; one daughter, Mary Aldrich of Seattle; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Church of the Nazarene. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
