Murray Sidlin will direct such selections as "Finlandia"; Grieg's Piano Concerto featuring Greek-born concert pianist Panayis Lyras; Barber's "Adagio for Strings" and a Halloween favorite, "Night on Bald Mountain."
The box office opens at 6:30 p.m and the doors open at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are also available at TicketMaster, 474-4000. Discounts are available for music educators, call 792-4337.
Sponsors include the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation, Paul E. and Helen S. Meyer Foundation and the Nevada Symphony Orchestra Guild. Media sponsors are Sunny 106.5 and Channel 13.
