Letter: Promise Keepers critics don’t approve of traditional values

While people are deriding Promise Keepers in this fashion, it begs the question: What about the National Organization for Women? Does that group not fit the above definition?
I submit that the issue is not the fact that men are seeking to be men of integrity and promising to follow through on their commitments; the real issue is that some people do not approve of the call to return to traditional values but instead want to continue to promote the feminist agenda.
I, on the other hand, am a woman who strongly favors groups like Promise Keepers, groups that encourage men to be men of their word and dedicated to their families.
