Asking the farmer to move makes about as much sense as asking Nellis Air Force Base to "please move a little further north because you have more planes than you had 24 years ago."
If Las Vegas builds to the Arizona or California line, I imagine that many farms will have to become odorless. These people who are complaining, did they buy these homes with clothespins on their noses and blinders on their eyes?
