StumbleNames of accident victims released

The name of William Seng was released after relatives were notified. He was killed along with a 10-month-old girl.
The toddler was the daughter of Lisa Brooks, 29, of Carson City. Brooks and another daughter were injured.
Brooks received cuts, broken bones and a lung injury. She was flown from Hawthorne to Washoe Medical Center in Reno. A 5-year-old was treated at Mount Grant Hospital in Hawthorne until relatives could arrive.
The patrol said the accident happened at about daybreak Tuesday when the southbound vehicle went out of control and overturned several times. Three of the four victims were ejected.
