I would like to comment on a column (SUN Editor) Brian Greenspun wrote. Finally somebody had the courage to write about Mr. Clinton, who I find not deserving of what he's getting from the public. So I'm really proud of him for writing this.

I just read the editorial by Brian Greenspun (on President Clinton). I think it's one of the most enlightening and best editorials I have ever read in my life. In fact I'm going to keep it and maybe someday my sorority will present this as a subject to talk about.

Justice was served when the jury found (former Metro Police Officer Ron) Mortensen guilty. We need to, as a community, restore our faith and trust in our police department. After all, they are here to serve us.

Mortensen thought he was above the law. The justice system proved him wrong. He got what he deserved. Now he's got 50 years in jail to think about it.

Poor Ruth Brown, Miss Rhythm in the '40s, now 70, has just won a 30-year court battle. And I thought waiting since 1991 for a court settlement was a long time. At 82, I could run out of time before all this pussyfooting around at the courthouse ends.
