He is survived by his wife, Ruth; three sons, Carl Hammer of Las Vegas, Craig Hammer of Georgia, and Steve Hammer of California; two daughters, Tracy Lee Hudspeth of Houston, and Sherrie Johnson of Las Vegas; two brothers, Kenneth Foster of Las Vegas, and Donald Foster of Cedar City, Utah; 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
