He is survived by his wife, Sharon; one son, Steven Hirschhorn of Los Angeles; two daughters, Michelle Hirschhorn of Newcastle, England, and Sandra Hirschhorn of San Francisco; and one brother, Michael Hirschhorn of Las Vegas.
Services were 3 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to the National Parkinson Foundation Inc., 1501 Northwest Ninth Ave., Miami, FL 33136-1494.
