He is survived by his wife, Emily; one son, Michael Ray; two daughters, Debora Jean Hitchcock and Elizabeth Ann Hector; his mother, Edna Mae; two brothers, Gene E. Hector of West Covina, Calif., and Paul of Roswell, Ga.; and two grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
