NASCAR’s best at The Winston

The running Saturday night of The Winston will mark the 13th annual version of the all-star event for NASCAR's premier series.
The 70-lap race on Charlotte's high-banked tri-oval has traditionally lacked much of the drafting and strategy associated with regular weekly events.
Instead, The Winston has become known for sheer power, dramatic crashes, plenty of finger-pointing and lots of cash.
"It's my kind of race -- wide open, mash the gas and run for the money," Dale Earnhardt said.
