He is survived by one son, Edwin Miles Jr., and one sister, Francis Miles, both of Pennsylvania; two daughters, Kathleen Miles of Pennsylvania, and Chu Miles of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
