Clues sought in woman’s death

The body of a woman found last week in a vacant apartment has been identified as 20-year-old Nadia Lynn Iverson.
Iverson was known to live in and frequent the downtown area, Metro Police said. She was last seen alive on the morning of May 5 at a downtown motel. Her body was found May 8 in an apartment undergoing renovation at 1226 W. Reed Place, near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Washington Avenue.
The woman was wearing a turquoise jogging suit with purple sleeves.
Police have asked anyone with information about the woman's whereabouts before her death to call homicide at 229-3521 or Secret Witness at 385-5555.
