He is survived by two brothers, W.C. Stumbo and Harry E. Stumbo, and three sisters, Nellie Kline, Juanita Murphy and Ruth Haubert, all of Ohio.
Burial will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
