He is survived by his wife, Alma; two daughters, Florida E. Land of Richmond, Calif., and Sherri B. Sullivan of Las Vegas; three brothers, Cecil Blanchard of Cleveland, Paul Blanchard of Pensacola, Fla., and Clifton Blanchard of San Francisco; one sister, Lillie Odessa Booth of San Leandro, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Bunker Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
