She is survived by her husband, Dale R.; her mother, Mary Jane Baeza, and one brother , Paul Baeza, both of West Covina, Calif.; and one sister, Sunni Nyberg of Monrovia, Calif.
No local services are scheduled. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 726 S. Casino Center, Suite 208, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nevada Donor Network, 4580 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 33, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
