* WILDLIFE -- SCR36. Earmarks certain proceeds of bonds for habitats for wildlife. To Assembly.
* DMV -- SB34. Reorganizes public safety portion of Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety. To Assembly.
* COMPUTERS -- SB180. Limits liability of state and local governments for injuries arising from manufacturing defects in computers and other information systems. To Assembly.
* BAIL -- SB194. Requires a person to be licensed by insurance commissioner in order to work as bail enforcement agent. To Assembly.
* MASONS -- AB32. Provides for issuance of special license plates indicating affiliation with Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of State of Nevada. To governor.
New Measures
* TAIWAN -- SCR37, Legislative Affairs and Operations. Commends Taiwan for continued participation in sister-state relationship with Nevada. To Legislative Affairs and Operations.
* INDIAN -- SB388, Commerce and Labor. Appropriates $80,000 to Nevada Indian Commission for programs designed to meet certain special educational needs of American Indians.

* DIABETES -- AB477, Herrera. Requires health insurance companies to cover costs for management and treatment of diabetes. To Commerce.
* ELECTIONS -- AB478, Giunchigliani. Authorizes use of pollwatchers to observe elections, allows the physically disabled to designate people to vote for them. To Elections.
* BUSINESS TAX -- AB479, DeBraga. Exempts companies from business tax if they have five employees or fewer. To Taxation.
