Hazardous Timet leaks covered in Senate bill
The Senate Natural Resources Committee voted unanimously Monday to approve Senate Bill 266, adding titanium tetrachloride to the state list of highly hazardous substances. It was inadvertently left off the Chemical Accident Prevention statute that became law after an explosion at Henderson's PEPCON plant in May 1988.
Gas pipeline to meet high demand
