He is survived by his wife, Helen M.; two sons, Steven D. Kemp of 29 Palms, Calif., and Paul M. Kemp of Garden Grove, Calif.; three daughters, Diana M. Ayas and Mariann L. Thompson, both of Garden Grove, and Lisa G. Morgan of Anaheim, Calif.; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 2 p.m. until a 5 p.m. service Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
