StumbleMan fires at crowd after children spray car with water

Police say some 40 children and their parents were in the H.P. Fitzgerald Park when some squirted a passing car with high-powered water guns.
Witnesses said the man left, then returned and fired several shots in the direction of the children.
An unidentified man then returned the fire.
