Metro working with volunteers to start cleanup of graffiti

Graffiti Officers Dan Newman and Rick Vorce and Crime Prevention Specialist Kathy Ojeda were instrumental in putting this program together, along with the Clark County Public Response, Parks and Recreation, the Lowden Community Center, Neighborhood Watch Groups and Frazee Paints. Without the involvement of all these groups and individuals, this program would not be possible. A special thanks should be given to Frazee Paints for donating their expertise, equipment and paint.

I encourage T. Cooper, along with other interested citizens, to get involved in this worthwhile project. Contact Officer Dan Newman at the Southeast Area Command for details on how to participate.
