Police surrounded the mobile home for eight hours before negotiators were able to convince the men to leave about 11 a.m. Monday.
Police went to the home after the three men who were stabbed escaped and notified authorities. Two of the men were hospitalized in serious condition with stab wounds.
Metro Police Sgt. Will Minor said Eugene and Tyrone Hamilton were booked on charges of battery with a deadly weapon, attempted homicide and kidnapping.
Minor said it was not clear what prompted the stabbings.
The incident began early Monday morning when the victims met the two suspects downtown and gave them a ride to a southeast Las Vegas mobile home park, Minor said.
A fight broke out at the mobile home, and one of the victims was stabbed in the hand while the other two suffered multiple stab wounds.
Minor said the three managed to escape and went to nearby Nellis Air Force Base, where authorities were contacted.
The victim who did not need to be hospitalized led police to the mobile home, and SWAT units surrounded the residence until the suspects agreed to give up.
