This is very poor judgment on the part of the Riviera's chairman Bill Westerman and the board of directors. This targets women for the pleasure of men. This is not art. This is a way to get publicity.
Tourists with children will see nude female parts of women as they walk or drive by. What happened to bring the kids for a family vacation?
There is supposed to be a ban of this kind of nudity display on the Strip. Will Mayor Jan Laverty Jones attend the unveiling?
