StumbleLetter: Councilman Reese was responsive to requests to slow residential traffic

Councilman Reese is to be commended for his efforts and, perhaps more important, his results in causing our street to receive badly needed repaving, curbs and gutters and, of course, the speed bumps to reduce the traffic in our part of town. On behalf of the residents of Santa Rita and Santa Rosa Drives, I would like to applaud Reese for his dedication and service to his ward. He is a neighbor's neighbor.
