Chefs to use ‘Strength’ to fight hunger

All ticket proceeds go to groups fighting and preventing hunger, locally, nationally and worldwide.
More than 40 of our area's finest chefs will participate. Restaurants contributing include: Coyote Cafe, Crepes Pierette, Dive!, Emeril's, Fog City Diner, Golden Steer, Hard Rock Cafe, Il Fornio, Lawry's Prime Rib, Mayflower Cuisinier, Outback Steakhouse, Palm Restaurant, Panini, Planet Hollywood, Ricardo's, Sfuzzi, Spago and Z-Tejas. Beverages will be provided by Seagram Classics Wine Co., Southern Wine and Spirits and, national sponsor, Evian.
Nevada beneficiaries include Chef and Child Foundation, Community Food Bank of Southern Nevada, St. Vincent Dining Room/Catholic Community Services, Giving Life Ministeries in Henderson, and Project MANA in North Las Vegas.
